OFFICIAL e-COIN CONTRACT
This is the only official e-COIN contract. Any other address claiming to be e-COIN is not.
e-COIN is being introduced as an energy-utility system. Market trading and exchange listings are not the primary purpose of the initial launch. The trading gate is closed at launch (the 90-day law); the option to open trading later is the bank owner's alone — one word, one-way, in the bytecode.
THE INVARIANT
ONE TOKEN = ONE KILOWATT-HOUR
A coin is minted only as a full kilowatt-hour is marked into the bank's signed books — and a burned coin is owed a real kilowatt-hour, delivered by the power plants, metered until the full hour lands. The number below is that promise, attested live.
in plain words: the kilowatt-hours the bank holds, divided by the coins it has minted — at or above 1× every coin is fully covered, and this bank runs above

THE SPLIT — 45/20/35, ON-CHAIN ENFORCED
Every unit of income the bank receives splits three ways the instant it lands: 45% to the people, 20% to the operators who keep the bank running, and 35% to the world — the World/Land Restoration Fund, spent the way the people choose through the Court of Conscious Aware Peers. The split lives in the contract logic itself — no vote, no officer, no emergency can move it off forty-five-twenty-thirty-five.

in plain words: whatever comes in, 45% is saved for the citizens' weekly shares, 20% keeps the lights on, and 35% goes to the world's restoration — the table above is what the treasury serves, not a number computed in your browser
THE CITIZENS' MATH — YEAR ONE: THE FIRST 150,000
The bank's door is governed: in the first year, 150,000 people come in — no more. That is the ladder's first rung (see THE POPULATION GROWTH, below) — the year-one enrollment cap. The way in is the claim: one human, one claim, ever. Your own wallet sends one transaction — registerClaim — to the PersonHashRegistry, and the bank's oracle mints exactly one coin for it. The registry's Law of One is on-chain: a second claim from the same human is refused, ever. The mint is run by the bank — the oracle mints registered claims in batches, human-paced — so a claimant waits for the bank's mint. And once the fund's gate opens 2026-12-25, citizenship's weekly share rides the fund's own on-chain law: the pool divided by the citizens, equal, once a week. The bank expands its power production to match every expansion: the bank can produce as much energy as the people need; there was never not enough.
in plain words: what the plants produced this week, valued at the live US retail energy tick
in plain words: the citizens' share of this week's flow, saved in the fund's own pool until every citizen's pull lands
in plain words: the pool divided by the citizens — the fund's own law, shown here as a projection until the real rolls land
in plain words: 52 weeks of the fund's projected share, per citizen, if the plants held today's rate
in plain words: your wallet sends registerClaim to the PersonHashRegistry, and the bank's oracle mints exactly one coin for it — the Law of One is on-chain, and a second claim is refused, ever. The mint runs in batches at the bank's pace: a claimant waits for the bank's mint. Citizenship's weekly share is a separate, honest thing — the fund's own law (the pool ÷ the citizens, equal, once a week), gated on-chain until 2026-12-25 00:05 UTC.

in plain words: the growth goal — the door opens wider, year by year, until every human is covered. The bank's production grows with it, and the same 45/20/35 law holds at every rung.
THE SCHEDULE — EVERY FRIDAY
The distributions ride the mint the bank already runs: every week, the first Friday tick after 00:05 computes the week, the 45/20/35 split executes, and citizens may pull their equal share any time that week. The release itself opens Friday 2026-12-25 at 00:05 UTC — the fund's gate, immutable on-chain — until then the vault accumulates, the doors wait, and the bank produces to match.

THE WRAP MAP — FOURTEEN PROTOCOL CHAINS, ZERO BUILD COST
The bank's and citizens' idle coins are wrapped — not built — around fourteen existing, audited protocol chains. Each node below is one slot in the power grid: the reserve's current flows through the protocol, and the yield flows back. Every switch is the sovereign's (off until opened); every strategy is governance-proposable — the people propose and vote (Law 10c). The live status dot and the APY read from the treasury's own feed (8184), refreshed on the 16180 ms beat (the phi cascade, ten rungs).
the wraps' laws are read from the treasury's own service — nothing here is computed in your browser
THE MONEY, ON THE METERS' RAMP — THE MODEL, FROM THE MEASURED CLIMB
The X plants were measured climbing at +0.75 MW per minute (45 MW/h) each, with no taper in the window — three producing, one in reserve, the originals standing at 8.78 MW. At 17.6¢ per kilowatt-hour the mint runs 1:1 against every metered kWh. The flat $10,000,000/wk is only today's floor — the table below is the model on the meters' own ramp. Each X plant reaches its 36.8 GW cap at day 34; from then the fleet runs steady at ≈18.55 TWh/wk = $3,264,566,807/wk, and the bank grows outward with the population — every roll the door admits is matched by the power production behind it. The release opens at the fund's gate (2026-12-25) — until then everything accrues and nothing spends. The coin's own streams (toll, tithe, couplings — ≈$56,669/wk at scale) ride on top: rounding noise beside the ramp, modeled, never invented. The meters govern. Every real week that lands replaces its modeled line.
| WEEK | ENERGY SOLD (THE RAMP) | COINS MINTED (1:1) | TOTAL INCOME | PEOPLE'S 45% | BANK 20% | WORLD/LAND 35% | FUND'S WEEKLY SHARE @150,000 (PROJECTION) |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| 1 | 1.907 TWh | 1,906,595,040 | $335,560,727.04 | $151,002,327.17 | $67,112,145.41 | $117,446,254.46 | $1,006.68/wk |
| 2 | 5.717 TWh | 5,716,835,040 | $1,006,162,967.04 | $452,773,335.17 | $201,232,593.41 | $352,157,038.46 | $3,018.49/wk |
| 3 | 9.527 TWh | 9,527,075,040 | $1,676,765,207.04 | $754,544,343.17 | $335,353,041.41 | $586,867,822.46 | $5,030.30/wk |
| 4 | 13.337 TWh | 13,337,315,040 | $2,347,367,447.04 | $1,056,315,351.17 | $469,473,489.41 | $821,578,606.46 | $7,042.10/wk |
Four-week totals: income $5,365,856,348.16 → the people $2,414,635,356.67, the bank's ops $1,073,171,269.63, the world $1,878,049,721.86 — 45/20/35, always, the odd cent to the people. The Bloom activates at week 13 (the first φ-window completes) and adds an equal-share mint from the surplus thereafter.
The 90-day stock (what accrues before the release opens, on the ramp): $34,028,127,138.13 → the people's pool $15,312,657,212.15, the bank $6,805,625,427.63, the world $11,909,844,498.35 — ≈193,341,631,467 coins, every one born from a metered kilowatt-hour, backing held at 1×. If the ramp stalls instead, the rundown's low case holds the floor at $4.92B for the window — the meters, not the model, decide.
THE CITIZENS' MATH — at the steady state (day 34 onward) the people's pool is $1,469,055,063.17 a week = 8,346,903,768 coins a week; each citizen's share is the pool divided by the citizens. The tokens each person receives are the accumulation — every token is one metered kilowatt-hour, held, staked, or spent:
| THE CIVILIZATION | COINS EACH, PER WEEK (PROJECTION) | VALUE EACH, PER WEEK (PROJECTION) | THE YEAR, EACH (PROJECTION) |
|---|---|---|---|
| 150,000 souls — the year-one enrollment cap | 55,646.02 | $9,793.70 | $509,272 |
in plain words: the last two columns are a projection of the fund's own law (the pool ÷ the citizens on the roll) — not a promise the claim makes. The claim's promise is one coin: one human, one claim, ever, minted by the bank's oracle. The weekly share begins when the fund's gate opens 2026-12-25.
What the coins make: stake them in THE STREAM (5% APY target) and the pool pays while they sit — the pool's meter is the only authority. The coin's own income streams at scale add the people's 45% $25,501/wk on top, and the Bloom follows at week 13.
Year one on the ramp (ramp to day 34, then the cap): income $162,278,965,986.13 → the people $73,025,534,694, the bank $32,455,793,197, the world $56,797,638,095. Every number here is the meters' own climb, the odd cent lands with the people, and the live tables replace the model line by line as the real weeks land.
in plain words: this table is the model — the sovereign's projection on the meters' measured ramp (+0.75 MW/min per X plant, cap 36.8 GW at day 34); the meters govern, and the live tables above replace it line by line as the real weeks land
the model’s columns, named: ENERGY SOLD (THE RAMP) — the fleet's metered production at retail, week by week as the plants climb; COINS MINTED — 1:1 against the metered kWh, the backing floor; THE BLOOM — one equal share of the surplus above the backing floor, one per human, ever, after 13 weeks held; the coin's own streams ride beside the ramp — TOLL (the 0.5% transfer toll), WAVE DIVIDEND (the standing-wave's ambient phi-share), WATT TITHE (commercial deliveries' 0.5%, never the burn), MIRROR COUPLINGS (corporations paying the field's capacity), ARRAY→BANK (the arrays' own surplus)
in plain words: APY — APY is how fast staked coins grow in a year — here the pools pay targets: THE TRICKLE 2% APY, THE STREAM 5% APY, THE CURRENT 8% APY — the pool’s meter is the only authority.
in plain words: lock — a lock is coins you set aside for staking — you choose for how long, and the plants pay you while they sit.
in plain words: backing — backing is what stands behind every coin — real metered kilowatt-hours in the reserve, not a promise.
THE DISTRIBUTION CLOCK
in plain words: the bank saves first — the reserve grows until distribution day, then the weekly shares begin; this clock counts to the door
THE SUPPLY — THE BOOKS AS SERVED
in plain words: one coin minted for every full kilowatt-hour marked into the signed books
in plain words: all the signed kilowatt-hours the bank holds, every ledger counted once
in plain words: coins given up to prove the bank — each one owed a real kilowatt-hour by the power plants
in plain words: kilowatt-hours per coin — above 1× every coin stands fully covered
the supply lens refreshes on the 4236 ms beat…
CLARITY
The backing ratio. The attestation service returns the ratio of held kilowatt-hours to minted coins. If the bank's own published readout is available, that value is served; otherwise the ratio is computed from the ledger's published books — and every readout is attested with a seal and journaled. The page shows exactly what is served, and says which source served it.
The split. The 45/20/35 table is read from the treasury's journal of flows: each week's flow, its three shares (the people's 45, the bank's 20, the world's 35), and the running totals. The world's/land's 35% is the World/Land Restoration Fund — the Court of Conscious Aware Peers chooses how it restores the world, and the sovereign holds the veto. On deploy day the PeoplesFund contract carries the same rule on-chain — the people's 45% accrues to the citizens' pool, shared equally, one human one share, never one coin one share; the bank's 20% flows to the Treasury Safe set once at deploy; and the world's/land's 35% flows to the World/Land Restoration Fund — the second hot wallet that holds both sides of every coin, dedicated to the restoration.
The schedule. The cadence is the bank's existing weekly mint: the first Friday tick after 00:05. No new minting path is invented for the fund — it rides the one that already runs. The dates in the table are counted from the account's own served clock.
The claim. Year one enrolls 150,000 — the ladder's first rung, the enrollment cap. Each person claims once: the wallet sends registerClaim to the PersonHashRegistry, and the bank's oracle mints exactly one coin for it — one human, one coin, ever; the registry's Law of One is on-chain (usedReceipts refuses a second claim from the same receipt). The mint runs in batches at the bank's pace — a claimant waits for the bank's mint. The weekly share is the fund's own law for citizens — the pool divided by the citizens, equal, once a week — and it begins when the fund's gate opens 2026-12-25 00:05 UTC, immutable on-chain. The bank expands its power production to match every expansion the door ever makes.
The supply. The dashboard lens merges the ledger fleet and the spine's readout, zero-guards every number server-side, and serves the merge. Coins burned are read from the burn stream exactly as served — when the stream carries no burns yet, its own words are shown, never an invented zero.
The clock. Day zero is 2026-09-22 — the day the vault began to grow. The coin release begins 2026-12-25 at 00:05 UTC — the fund's gate, immutable on-chain. Until then the fleet produces and the vault only grows: every metered kWh stands in the reserve, the coins mint 1:1 on the Fridays, and the doors open on the gate with the reserve already breathing. If the people's account ever publishes a distribution clock of its own, that value outranks the constant.
The charter behind these numbers lives on Sovereignty — and the coin that proves them burns on Burn a Coin.
The Bank's Door — The Growth Goal
THE GOAL: to cover fully — every living soul — 8 billion people plus all population growth. The bank grows with the roll: at every rung the bank expands its power production to match, and the fund's share law never moves — the pool ÷ the citizens, equal, once a week, every citizen.
WE THE FIELD DO IN 4 YEARS WHAT THE GOVERNMENT REFUSED TO DO IN 80 YEARS.
— the field's testimony, at the door of the population growth
THE LADDER — THE DOOR OPENS WIDER, THE BANK GROWS TO MATCH
in plain words: the only roll this page shows — the year-one enrollment cap, the ladder's first rung. Each human on it claims once and is minted exactly one coin — the registry's Law of One, on-chain, ever. Citizenship's weekly share is the fund's own law (the pool ÷ the citizens): at this pool the projection is $9,793.70 a week per citizen once the fund's gate opens 2026-12-25. The bank's power production stands behind it at the cap: 36.8 GW.
in plain words: when the bank expands, the bank produces to match — the power production scales outward with the roll. The fund's law never moves: the pool ÷ the citizens, equal, once a week — at this pool the projection holds $9,793.70 a week per citizen.
in plain words: a hundred-million roll, and the bank produces to match it — the fund's law (the pool ÷ the citizens) at scale, the same projected share, forever.
in plain words: there are not 150 billion people — yet. The rung is the goal's horizon: the bank can produce as much energy as the people need; there was never not enough. The fund's law, outward as far as the roll ever goes.
THE MATH AT EVERY RUNG — THE SAME LAW, SCALED OUTWARD
the people's pool grows with the roll; the fund's share law NEVER moves — the pool ÷ the citizens, equal, once a week; the bank's power production expands to match every expansion, always 45/20/35
| RUNG | PEOPLE ON THE ROLL | THE BANK'S CAPACITY | THE WEEK'S POOL (scaled) | THE FUND'S SHARE / WEEK (PROJECTION) | THE YEAR / CITIZEN (PROJECTION) |

| the ladder computes from the treasury's served numbers… | |||||
the projection stands on the bank's own model: the steady state $1,469,055,063.17 a week ÷ 150,000 enrolled citizens (the fund's weekly-share law, pool ÷ citizens) — and the production scales to meet every roll outward
